We usually start class with a 10-15 minute warmup followed by some shadow boxing and stretching. After our warmup we work basic and advanced techniques followed by drills with partners.
Our kickboxing class is great for all levels of experience. If you’ve never done any type of kickboxing don’t worry we cover all the basics!
All fights start standing, we believe Kickboxing is a vital skill for self defense.
Gloves, Shin Pads, Hand Wraps, Mouth Guard
*If you are new you will not need any equipment for the first few classes.
