We usually start out with a 10 to 15 minute warm up. After that we go over different Mixed Martial Arts techniques involving all of the arts that we incorporate in our training such as Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Kickboxing, Boxing, Wrestling etc.
This is an Advanced Class in order to take this class you have to be part of our Beginner BJJ and Kickboxing or Boxing classes. They are key parts of Mixed Martial Arts.
