Our Lil Brutes classes are a great introduction into martial arts for any young boy or girl. Our classes are a mixed martial arts based class covering Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Boxing, and Wrestling. We feel that in order to properly learn self defense that learning all of the functional martial arts is the best option. Each Lil Brutes class usually consists of a 10 minute warm up that involves different exercises and calisthenics. After that we go over techniques and do drills. At the end of class we usually play a game or a class challenge, dodgeball, crab soccer, tug of war etc.
