Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
Minutes
Like our other classes we usually start our BJJ classes with a 10 minute warmup along with stretching. After our warmup we go over our curriculum for the month. Depending on which class it is beginner or advance we do rolling(sparring) at the end of class.
We have beginner and advanced classes so if you have no experience don’t feel intimidated our beginners classes are a great place to learn the fundamentals of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
“Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a grappling-based martial art whose central theme is the skill of controlling a resisting opponent in ways that force him to submit.”
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Gi & Belt for our Gi Classes. For our NoGi Classes T-shirts or Rashguards. Mouth Guards are highly recommended.
*If you are new to class you will not need a Gi for your first few classes.
