Our boxing classes usually consist of a 10 min warm up followed by shadow boxing and basic footwork drills. During the class we do a lot of drilling with partners, basic punching combinations with a partner and on the punching bags.
Our classes are set up to accommodate beginners with no experience to advanced level training.
Gloves, Hand Wraps, Mouth Guard
*If you are new you won’t need any equipment for the first few classes.
