Head MMA Coach
Jeremy is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Purple Belt under Don Cunanan & Phil Davis. He got into football & wrestling at a very young age. After having a successful high school football career he went on to play some college football at Marietta College. Jeremy started training Mixed Martial Arts at the end of 2005. In that time he has competed and fought in different events, he was one of the super fight competitors for Ground Zero’s Sub Only tournaments, he’s fought for the World Cagefighting Championships. Jeremy’s most proud accomplishment isn’t from competition though, its when he started his own fight team Brute Squad Fight Team in 2013. Within the first full year of competition the team went 22-0 between MMA, Boxing, and Kickboxing. Also producing two MMA Champions in Pinnacle Fighting Championships/Gladiators of the Cage, and a Pittsburgh Golden Gloves Champion. When it comes to coaching at GZP Jeremy’s passion is developing fighters, but he also loves helping people that don’t have any plans on competition with achieving their fitness goals.
Head Kickboxing Coach
Born and raised in Germany. Alex started training taekwondo at age 12 and switched to Muay Thai kickboxing at age 14, where he competed locally in amateur competition. After moving to the United States of America in November 1998 training started back up with the focus on professional competition. Alex fought on multiple stages throughout the United States. Some of the bigger promotions he fought on were extreme kickboxing, Heavyweight gladiators K-1, and Chuck Norris’ world combat league.
Alex has fought some great and tough competitors. After retiring from competition in 2008 Alexander Beck continued to be sparring partner for professional boxers and MMA fighters. With the most famous one being UFC Heavyweight Champion Stipe Miocic. Alex is a dedicated husband and father to his wife and three kids. With his passion for life and people Alex hopes to make a difference in peoples lives.

Jonesy is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Black Belt under Don Cunanan & Phil Davis. He started wrestling at age 14, after having a successful high school wrestling, track, and soccer career he got into weight lifting. In 2003 Joe started training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. In that time he has competed and won many tournaments. Along with BJJ he was a crossfit instructor and competitor for many years. Joe has been training for 14 years and coaching for 8. When Jonesy isn’t training or working out he spends time with his daughter. When it comes to coaching at GZP Joe wants to help people reach their training & fitness goals while helping them build self confidence. Using Brazilian Jiu Jitsu to help others the way its helped him.
